Kitchen Team Member - Chick-fil-A Hardin Valley

Chick-fil-A Hardin Valley is hiring immediately for Back of House Team Members! We are looking for applicants that are hard-working, fast-moving, responsible, and quick-thinking. Our restaurant is a great opportunity for people of all backgrounds.

Back of House Kitchen Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • You'll be involved in various kitchen tasks, including preparing, cooking, and presenting food safely, quickly, and efficiently to meet Chick-fil-A standards (our goal is to deliver food to our customers within 90 seconds!).
  • Opportunities for salad prep, line cook, fry cook, and dishwasher
  • Must be 16 or older to apply
  • Prior experience as a cook, grill cook, prep cook, line cook, chef, dishwasher, or kitchen crew jobs is not required, we will train!


Starting Compensation:

  • 16-17 yrs old: starting at $12.40/hour
  • Part time adult (Less than 30hr/week): starting at $13/hour
  • Full Time (30hr/week +): starting at $15+/hour

We have well-defined opportunities to increase pay as you are trained as well as leadership opportunities for candidates that show the desire and ability to lead our team.
