Leadership Expectations

  • Responsible for a specific area and/or team in the business
  • Need to be able to create growth and success in the designated area of the business
  • Able to lead and develop other leaders through empowerment, care, and accountability
  • Able to craft and maintain restaurant systems that create a great guest experience
  • Spend approximately 32 hours on the floor supporting shift leaders and coaching team members
  • Dedicate about 8 hours to office work and administrative tasks
  • Work flexible shifts including 8-4, 9-5, and evening shifts, with availability on Saturdays and in emergency situations
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with team members and leaders
  • Understand overall business operations and apply sound business acumen
  • Collaborate effectively with teams to achieve goals
  • Possess deep knowledge of Front of House (FOH) systems and processes
