Leadership Expectations
- Responsible for a specific area and/or team in the business
- Need to be able to create growth and success in the designated area of the business
- Able to lead and develop other leaders through empowerment, care, and accountability
- Able to craft and maintain restaurant systems that create a great guest experience
- Spend approximately 32 hours on the floor supporting shift leaders and coaching team members
- Dedicate about 8 hours to office work and administrative tasks
- Work flexible shifts including 8-4, 9-5, and evening shifts, with availability on Saturdays and in emergency situations
- Build strong, trusting relationships with team members and leaders
- Understand overall business operations and apply sound business acumen
- Collaborate effectively with teams to achieve goals
- Possess deep knowledge of Front of House (FOH) systems and processes
- Shared Responsibilities
- Communicate clearly and positively with team members and leaders
- Foster and teach a positive culture aligned with Chick-fil-A's values
- Hold team members accountable for policies, including timeliness, grooming, and uniforms
- Provide ongoing formal and informal feedback to support team growth
- Ensure excellent customer service through proper order taking, hospitality, and speed
