At Chick-fil-A, the Team Member role is more than just a job, it's an opportunity. Chick-fil-A is a great opportunity for people of all ages and backgrounds, and no experience is necessary. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know!

Pay Rates

  • Full time $17.00-$18.00+
  • Part Time Pay Rates 12.50-$15.00+

Qualifications and Requirements:

(if selected every year). This scholarship can be used at any accredited college. We have given out over $100,000 to our team members in the past three years alone.
