Job Description

At Chick-fil-A, the Shift Leader role is more than just a job, it's an opportunity.  A Shift Leader is responsible for leading the opening or closing shift in their department. Please consider visiting Chick-fil-A Granite Bay if you'd like to learn more about the experience.

Responsibilities

Leading shifts with purpose

Leading day to day tasks

Leading productivity (controlling labor and food costs)

Ensure the completion of Jolt checklists

Being an integral part of Department meetings 

Building relationships of trust and accountability with Team Members

Maintaining a fun work environment

Maintaining vision alignment with the Operator and Director team

Attention to detail

Takes initiative

Compassionate towards Team Members

Delegates tasks when needed

Takes charge and ownership of the shift

Solves problems and makes quick decisions when necessary
