- Tener la resistencia para trabajar de 45 a 50 horas por semana
- Disposición para, en ocasiones, flexibilizar el horario para cubrir los turnos según sea necesario para el negocio
- Tener una licencia de conducir válida
- Tener una licenciatura o 5+ años de experiencia laboral relevante
- Bilingüe en español preferido
Salarios y beneficios:
- La tarifa por hora comienza en $ 21.00 / hora, según la experiencia y las calificaciones, más dependiendo de las calificaciones
- Tarifa anual $51,555 a 45 horas/semana
- Domingos libres más otro día de la semana, según se determine con las necesidades de los compañeros y los horarios.
El paquete de beneficios incluye:
- $500/mes para la prima médica
- Servicios dentales, oftalmológicos y de telesalud pagados por el empleador
- Plan 401k con hasta un 4% de contribución del empleador (comienza después de un año de servicio)
