  • Looking for collaborative individuals who are authentic and enthusiastic about providing, and finding ways to expand care to patients
  • 40-hour work week
  • In clinic, 40 minutes for new patients, 20 minutes for follow ups
  • Designated medical assistant per provider
  • Shared phone call: 3-4 weeks per year
  • Ensures quality and efficiency of patient care services
  • Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care
  • Uses EPIC EMR
  • Total compensation that takes into account the size of the clinic; number of direct reports; and their qualifications, years of experience, leadership experience and language skills:$229,000-$290,000
  • Occurrence based malpractice provided (tail included)
  • 3-weeks paid vacation and 1-week of personal time
  • 12 accrued sick days per year
  • 9 paid holidays
  • 40 hours per year for Continuing Medical Education (CME)
