Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual needs and develop personalized therapy strategies to help patients meet their functional objectives.

• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Partner with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver thorough, integrated care.
• Guide Patients and Families: Train patients and their families on therapy methods for sustained progress beyond the clinical setting.
• Track and Document Success: Monitor patient development and adapt treatment plans as necessary to maintain focus on their goals.

Education

• Accredited degree in Occupational Therapy
• Ongoing education or advanced certifications encouraged and nurtured

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT certification mandated
