Job Responsibilities include:
  • Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
  • Perform fitness assessments
  • Create specialized programs based on client's needs and specific goals
  • Consistent follow up with client leads
  • Build client base through referrals and branding yourself
  • Understand proper exercise technique, human anatomy and movement patterns
  • Possess excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized, punctual and goal oriented

Certifications/Education:
  • Current Personal Training certification required
  • (CPR) and (AED) certification required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required

Experience:
  • Personal Trainer experience preferred, but not required
