Chevron is accepting online applications for the position Lead Administrative Assistant at Richmond Technology Center. The role is responsible for coordinating complex administrative activities, optimizing office processes, and ensuring efficient execution of business operations.

This position requires strong organizational capability, discretion in handling confidential information, and the ability to engage across a global, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

• Manage complex calendars, meeting coordination, and executive priorities
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including logistics and documentation
• Prepare reports, presentations, and leadership materials

• Lead planning and coordination of team events, workshops, and leadership meetings
• Oversee administrative workflows and improve efficiency of processes
• Maintain organizational tools including SharePoint sites, distribution lists, and documentation

• Track and reconcile expenses, budgets, and invoices
• Support procurement and office supply management
• Maintain records of business expenditures and support reporting activities

• Serve as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders
• Partner across functions to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables

• Act as backup support for other administrative roles
• Support onboarding/offboarding processes and coordination activities
• Lead special projects or administrative improvement initiatives

• Following established processes and verifying safeguards
• Maintaining a high standard of integrity and confidentiality
• Identifying and addressing risks or inefficiencies in administrative processes

• Proven experience in administrative or executive support roles
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under deadlines
• Proficiency in business systems (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, Expense tools)

• Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
• Demonstrated ability to lead administrative processes
• Experience with budgeting, reporting, or business operations coordination
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
• Experience with using Power BI and AI tools (Copilot)

• Role may require flexibility to support multiple leaders and time zones
• Periodic support for large-scale events, leadership meetings, or travel
• High level of confidentiality required due to exposure to sensitive information

Relocation Options: Relocation is not offered for this role. Only local candidates will be considered.

• The anticipated salary range for this position is $67,700 –$120,100. The selected candidate's compensation will be determined based on their skills, experience, and qualifications.
