The Superintendent/ Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of on-site constructionactivities for industrial projects. This leadership role involves managing construction teams, ensuringcompliance with safety regulations, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning:
    1. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, andbudgets.
    2. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and success criteria.
  2. Resource Management:
    1. Allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
    2. Coordinate subcontractor activities and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  3. Budget and Cost Control:
    1. Create and manage project budgets, monitor, and control project costs.
    2. Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage change orders as necessary.
  4. Scheduling and Timeline Management:
    1. Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project).

    1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders on-site.
