Job description

The successful candidate will possess:

· B.S. Building Construction or applicable engineering degree

· Excellent computer skills utilizing MS Word, Excel, Outlook; MS Projects and/or Primavera

· Familiarity with navigation of AutoCad 2D & 3D and Navisworks or equivalent

· Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

· Team player, enthusiastic, positive attitude and be

self-motivated, organized, and dependable

· Aggressively maintain a safe working environment and comply with all government and company mandated environmental, health, and safety policies

· Provide daily communication with customers, field superintendents, direct supervision, and internal resources to resolve operational problems and other matters related to assigned projects

· Complete all administrative functions required within the scope of the department

· Work as part of a team with a common goal.

· Accept responsibility for work performed

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following in support of the group’s strategic goals:

· Manage profitability and projects assigned to you

· Prepare cost estimates for projects and change orders

· Purchase parts, equipment, and services for projects

· Develop project construction schedules including design, fabrication and installation deadlines

· Perform complete onsite inspections of process enclosures and air systems equipment (training will be provided)

· Prepare written inspection reports (training will be provided)

· Provide onsite project management services as needed for a variety of short duration projects

· Attend pre-bid meetings as needed

· Assist in preparation of proposals as needed

· Quality control

· Participate in technical and commercial negotiations as required for projects

· Ability to interpret and markup mechanical drawings

· Ability to manage a flexible work schedule; responsibilities from time to time could require extensive travel and extended stays

· Communicate directly with the internal logistics coordinator and customers to schedule material shipment

· Communicate construction equipment and tooling needs to superintendents and/or customers

· Communicate with customer regarding progress and final billings.

· Assist internal accounts receivable department with collections.
