Job description

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will drive operational excellence and continuous improvement within the Business Unit by leading Daily Management Systems, improving equipment reliability, and advancing digital transformation initiatives. You will analyze performance data to prioritize improvements, lead structured problem solving and small projects, build employee technical capabilities, and collaborate across functions to deliver safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing operations.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

  • Own Daily Management Systems for the Business Unit, including the creation, deployment, and sustainment of standards
  • Leverage technical knowledge of equipment functionality to improve the reliability of mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Develop employee capabilities related to systems, standards, and technical understanding through coaching and handson support
  • Foster a culture of technological transformation through the use, adoption, and continuous improvement of digital tools
  • Analyze data across key performance indicators to identify, prioritize, and track improvement initiatives
  • Lead small groups in structured problem solving using standard methodologies
  • Manage small projects independently using approved Manufacturing Excellence tools and practices
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional partners including Operations, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Maintenance
  • Lead capital project initiatives for the Business Unit from scoping through execution
  • Provide direct oversight of assigned team members, administer discipline as needed, and ensure consistent application of policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as required to support Business Unit objectives

Compensation

Pay Range:$64,000-$95,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
