What you'll do
  • Administers machine operations, as required to accomplish production objectives.
  • Set-up, filling and packaging equipment as required.
  • Adjusts dials, gauges, photo eyes, torque, labelers, tape machines, date coders, weigh scales and other related equipment, as required to positively affect production operations.
  • Assemble cartons, pour/package products at required quantities and label cartons/ containers as required for products according to shop order packaging instructions.
  • Identifies production problems both current and potential and advises corrective actions. Ensures that Production Supervisor or Shift Leader is advised of problems or concerns.
  • Obtain input from Chemical Operator, Shift Leader, Production Team Leader, and/or Plant Supervisor for the tasks required for the day based on schedule.

The hourly payrange for this role is $22.00. This range reflects the good-faith minimumand maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for thisposition at the time of posting. This role is classified as non-exempt,and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state,and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position maybe eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms ofcompensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers acomprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation willdepend on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, training,certifications, and work location.
