Job description

Client: Fortune 500 Title: Chemical Mixer Location: High Point, NC Duration: 05 Months (Contract to Hire) Pay Rate: $21.50/hr on W2 Summary: Seeking skilled Chemical Mixers to support manufacturing and distribution of coating products. This role involves operating production equipment, mixing batches, and ensuring product quality while adhering to safety and operational standards. Candidates will be trained across all production processes including material loading, filling, testing, sampling, and cleaning.

Responsibilities: · Blend batches as per formulas and record adjustments. · Operate production equipment (mixers, fillers, pumps, dispersers, scales). · Perform material handling, loading/unloading, and bulk transfers.

· Set up filtering and filling equipment; operate RC Gun. · Maintain housekeeping, safety, and waste control standards. · Follow batch instructions, labeling, and quality procedures.

· Troubleshoot routine production issues. Qualifications: · High School Diploma/GED required. · 5+ years chemical/paint manufacturing experience preferred.

· Basic computer skills. · Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., work at heights, and use PPE (including respirators) · Willingness to work overtime or rotating shifts as needed.
