Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise shift operations and team members
  • Measure and mix materials with precision
  • Maintain and optimize system parameters
  • Collaborate with QC and R&D teams to ensure product excellence
  • Safely load and offload chemicals
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Train and mentor team members


Work Schedule Requirement:

This role requires flexibility to work a rotating schedule on a monthly and/or quarterly basis, alternating between:

  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM โ€“ 4:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM โ€“ 12:00 AM (includes a 4% shift premium)


All shifts are Monday through Friday.



Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 5+ years of chemical processing experience preferred
  • ERP experience preferred
  • Forklift and respiratory equipment certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
