As Chef de Partie at our full-service hotel restaurant, you'll be the backbone of our kitchen operations-crafting flavorful dishes, mentoring rising talent, and keeping your station running smoother than a perfect hollandaise. KEY SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Station Superstar: Rule your specialty-grill, sauté, pantry, or pastry-keeping it prepped, pristine, and always ready for showtime.
- Dish Dynamo: Cook up and plate mouthwatering creations that wow guests and make the Executive Chef beam with pride.
- Team Player Extraordinaire: Collaborate with fellow chefs, train and inspire up-and-coming kitchen talent, and keep the good vibes rolling.
- Standards Champion: Uphold top-notch safety, sanitation, and presentation-because details matter when you're aiming for perfection.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 years of progressive chef experience in a hotel or related field
- Supervisory experience required
- Proficient with company-approved spreadsheets and word processing software
- Valid driver's license for the applicable state
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to make quick, accurate decisions and stay composed under pressure
- Skilled at analyzing complex information and adapting to meet needs
- Effective in understanding and resolving coworker and guest concerns
- Comfortable with financial data and basic arithmetic
