Seeking a refined chef to helm a luxury boutique hotel in Midtown Manhattan.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive management in luxury hotels
  • strong French cuisine foundation
  • experience managing union staff in NYC

Responsibilities
  • Lead all culinary operations for the hotel, including restaurant, bar, in-room dining, banquets, and special events.
  • Develop refined, luxury-level menus and oversee food quality, presentation, sourcing, and consistency across every guest touchpoint.
  • Manage and mentor the kitchen team while controlling labor, food cost, inventory, sanitation, and profitability.
