At Koch Applied Solutions, we are looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of our post-sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction through precise project management. This role is perfect for someone with HVAC/Boiler or Combined Cycle knowledge, strong organizational skills, and a drive to deliver excellence.
What You’ll Do:
  • Own the after-commitment process for all assigned orders- prepare the necessary documents for order entry, submittal generation, and approval to post sales assistance and support.
  • Track and manage projects, ensuring smooth execution and start-up scheduling
  • Coordinate with our Technical Support Advisors to assist with post-sales technical inquiries
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date project and submittal files
  • Provide outstanding customer service by proactively addressing inquiries and resolving issues
  • Occasionally attend job site meetings to ensure project success
  • Assist with reporting, order tracking, and other key project tasks
What We’re Looking For:
 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience with submittals and HVAC/Boiler or Combined Cycle knowledge
 Education: High school diploma required; college degree preferred, but not required
 Skills & Traits:
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
