What You’ll Do

  • Lead daily kitchen operations and support smooth service execution
  • Coach, train, and develop culinary team members
  • Maintain strong food quality, consistency, cleanliness, and safety standards
  • Support ordering, prep levels, inventory, and product management
  • Help control food cost, labour, waste, and variable costs
  • Build strong communication between the culinary and service teams
  • Create a kitchen culture based on accountability, teamwork, pride, and execution
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training for culinary team members
