Department of Labor: 53-3032 Heavy and Tractor-Trailer Truck Driver SOC 913
Description: Drive a delivery truck with a capacity of at least 26,000 pounds gross vehicle weight (GVW).
Summary: Delivers products to customers byperforming the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Services customers assigned to route based on scheduled time-stopped ranking. Must adapt to any changes in work assignments as well as supporting organizational restructuring efforts.
  • Follow accounts receivable guidelines set by trade/customer when checking in orders (DSD, PO#, Military, Receipt, or Stamp) with customer.
  • Place product in our designated area and/or move pallet display directly to the floor.
  • Pick up all shells/flats, returned pallets, and damage or out of date product.
  • Merchandise assigned stops as scheduled per management.
  • Communicates issues, problems, or opportunities with sales team and delivery team.
  • Follows all company policies and procedures set forth by management.
