What You Will Do (Day-to-Day):
  • Precision Finishing: Accurately inspect, separate, and package label products according to specific quality standards and customer instructions.
  • Quality Assurance: Act as the final checkpoint for shipments, identifying any printing or lamination errors before they reach the customer.
  • Logistics Support: Utilize our digital tracking systems to log materials and coordinate with couriers to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE requirements.

Qualifications
Who You Are (Qualifications):
  • Detail-Oriented: You have a "close vision" for accuracy and can distinguish colors to meet high-quality specifications.
  • Reliable: You understand that punctuality and consistent attendance are vital to the team's success.
  • Adaptable: You are willing to step outside your assigned duties to help a coworker or adjust to shifting production priorities.
  • Physical Agility: Comfortable standing for your shift and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
