Qualifications:
Mandatory Skills: Checkpoint, Fortinet, Palo Alto
A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- 8+ years' experience mid-large global enterprise networking infrastructure
- Extensive experience with PAN Palo Alto Networks, Juniper or Fortinet firewalls
- Experience managing on-prem and cloud firewalls and utilizing security best practices
- Experience with firewall management tools and technologies such as, Panorama, Firemon, Prisma access, IPSec, Global Protect VPN
- Experience with monitoring and visibility platforms Splunk, NetBox, Kentik and Grafana, Protocol Analyzer, SNMP, IPAM, RADIUS, network taps, and load/stress testing tools
- Experience with other networking vendors and technologies is a plus; Arista, Juniper, switching & routing, spanning-tree, OSPF, BGP, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, end to end QOS, VRRP, LACP, MLAG, ACLs.
- Experience with automation to generate and push config at wide scale and collect performance metrics
