We are excited to announce we are expanding and looking to grow our team with a new Senior  Technical Consultant!  

Position Summary  

The primary role for this position would be focused on implementing and supporting various IT  Infrastructure technologies with an emphasis on Root Cause Identification and Resolution & Project  Design and Implementations.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities  

• Problem management and resolution of issues in a timely manner 

• Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines 

• The ability to mentor and guide Tier 1 and Tier 2 Teams, as needed 

• Excellent IT documentation skills 

Education/Experience/Certifications 

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred 

• Certifications 

o Citrix CCA-V, CCP-V strongly preferred 

o Microsoft MCSE: Productivity strongly desired 

• 8+ years hands-on IT experience 

• Must possess excellent knowledge and experience using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Access 

o Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7/8/10 

o Windows Server 2000/2003/2008R2/2012R2/2016 

o Microsoft Windows Administration tools (AD Users and Computers, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, Sites and Services, etc.) 

o Microsoft Active Directory including Azure AD (Architect, Implementations, Migrations) o Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007/2010/2013 and Office 365 Email (Architect, Implementations, Migrations, Administration)

o Citrix Technologies (Architect, Implementations, Migrations)

o Experience with various Enterprise level server hardware such as but not limited to Dell  PowerEdge servers, HP ProLiant Blade servers, Cisco UCS servers, etc. 

o Experience with Enterprise Storage solutions such as but not limited to ExaGrid,  Compellent and Nimble 

o Experience with Hyperconverged Technology a plus
