Job description

Lia Nissan Enfield is seeking a Level B & C Automotive Technician to join our team. If you're an experienced technician looking for a fast-paced, professional, and positive environment that rewards hard-working, reliable, and team-oriented individuals, this is the right place for you! Lia service departments are equipped with the latest technologies & equipment including service drive alignment checker, alignment rack, and Hunter tire mounting and balancing machines.

COMPENSATION RANGE: $50K-$80K+

SIGN ON BONUS: N/A

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of Service Technician experience required
  • Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair experience required
  • State Inspection certification required
  • Any Hyundai training or certifications preferred
  • ASE Certification recommended
  • Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications
  • Computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have clean & valid driver's license

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership processes
  • Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
  • Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed, providing an estimate of the time needed for additional repairs.
  • Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
