Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process a variety of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier's checks, check cashing, and other teller services.
  • Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate records in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, identifying their banking needs, and resolving routine account inquiries.
  • Open and maintain consumer and business deposit accounts while ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately.
  • Educate customers on bank products and services, making recommendations based on their financial needs.
  • Cross-sell appropriate products and services to deepen customer relationships and support branch growth goals.
  • Maintain compliance with all bank policies, federal regulations, and security procedures, including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Customer Identification Program (CIP), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and other applicable regulations.
  • Identify and report suspicious or potentially fraudulent transactions to minimize risk and prevent losses.
  • Perform account maintenance, debit card services, online banking assistance, and other customer service functions.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and safeguard sensitive financial data.
  • Support branch operations by assisting coworkers and completing additional duties as assigned.
