  • Engage in proactive outreach by making and receiving outbound and inbound calls to connect with prospective students and highlight CHCP's educational offerings.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews, campus tours, and entrance assessments while introducing students to financial aid resources and evaluating their compatibility with career goals.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive explanations of CHCP's healthcare programs, expected outcomes, and available student services to students and their support networks.
  • Utilize effective tools and resources, such as interview guides and marketing materials, while adhering to national and state regulations to understand and align with prospective students' aspirations.
  • Participate in both online and on-campus training sessions to stay updated on best practices and continuously enhance professional skills.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of enrollment cycles, program offerings, entrance requirements, and institutional policies to ensure the enrollment of qualified students.
  • Contribute to recruitment and enrollment activities, including open houses, local presentations, orientation programs, and career days.

  • Collaborate with the Director of Admissions or campus management to accurately forecast new student enrollments and support educational outcomes.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with new students to ensure their successful transition and ongoing engagement with CHCP.
  • Achieve registration as an Admission Representative through the Texas Workforce Commission.
  • Demonstrate a team-oriented mindset and contribute to CHCP's recognition as a Top Workplace for eight consecutive years.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the admissions and enrollment process.
