Job description

Food People Restaurant Group is seeking a Regional Sales and Marketing Representative for our four restaurant markets to represent our Carolina Ale House and TakoSushi brands. This position will be responsible for community engagement, content creation and catering/party sales. This individual will work closely with the marketing team, restaurant managers, and vendors to ensure successful implementation of marketing initiatives. Below is a list of responsibilities that we got from Chat GPT, which we will need you to do, but the main point will be to get people into our restaurants where our teams will make sure they have a kick-ass experience. We want you to represent us at community events, make people like you, convince them to bring their friends to visit us, and create cool content for Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok.
Essential Duties:
  • Develop and implement regional marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness for multiple restaurant locations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community partners to drive catering and party sales.
  • Work with Marketing team to create and distribute marketing materials, including social media content, email campaigns, printed materials, and online advertisements.
  • Collaborate with restaurant managers to coordinate promotional events and special promotions.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop action plans to capitalize on those opportunities.
  • Work closely with vendors to secure promotional partnerships and sponsorships that align with the company's brand and values.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Represent the company at industry events and community gatherings to promote the brand and build relationships with potential customers.
  • Regular travel to restaurant locations within the market as well as offsite events

Qualifications:
