Requirements

  • Proficient in English.  
  • Experience in customer service with at least 2 years in travel agency, or travel booking Required
  • Experience working on a travel GDS booking platform before e.g.: Amadeus, Sabre Required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced metric driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a web-based environment, including Microsoft office suite. 
  • Global Experience (Preferred )
