As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will primarily conduct sessions through secure video conferencing on our proprietary web platform, facilitating seamless interaction, documentation, and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based techniques for treatment of various behavioral health conditions.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each participant.
• Utilize a proprietary chat-bot designed to enhance therapeutic support, providing real-time assistance and follow-up as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans within our secure platform.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to facilitate an integrated approach to participant care.
• Stay informed on industry best practices and telehealth policies to ensure compliance with California regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role includes working with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents aged 8 and older, who are experiencing a variety of behavioral health challenges. You will be instrumental in providing support to clients navigating issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use, ensuring they receive tailored, compassionate care. Establishing a meaningful virtual therapeutic rapport with clients will be a key component of your daily tasks, allowing you to foster a supportive and trusting environment that promotes positive therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree from an accredited institution in Social Work.
• A valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of California.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with diverse populations in a variety of treatment settings.
• Proficiency in using telehealth technologies for effective patient assessment and treatment.
• Ability to work independently while managing a caseload effectively and efficiently.
• Strong clinical judgement and skills in assessing the appropriate level of care for clients.
• Commitment to maintaining a professional virtual presence and maintaining client confidentiality.

Preferred Experience

• Experience treating adolescents and young adults is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with multidisciplinary teamwork approaches in a clinical setting.
• Experience with integrating technology in clinical practice, such as using scheduling software and digital therapeutics.
