Make a switch in your career! As a Manufacturing Associate with TRMI, you will assemble and produce high-quality automotive switch components. You will work to exceed customer expectations of quality and timely delivery. If you are self-motivated and able to multi-task efficiently, let's chat!
Let's chat about the Manufacturing Associate role if you:
  • Can read written instructions and effectively communicate
  • Have basic knowledge of solder processes
  • Are able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Can troubleshoot common machine errors
  • Have sufficient visual acuity to accurately perform product inspections
  • Have a high school diploma or G.E.D
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English
  • Have adequate manual dexterity and rotary movement in wrists and elbows in order to perform proper work cycles

We offer our Manufacturing Associates:
  • A pay rate of $18.00/hour with a $1/hr off shift premium
