What You'll Do

  • Respond to inbound inquiries quickly (goal: within 1 hour during business hours)
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand needs, urgency, and fit
  • Convert leads into scheduled in-home consultations (Living Room Visits)
  • Manage a high-volume pipeline (200-300 active leads/month) in Zoho CRM
  • Execute consistent follow-up via phone, text, and email
  • Maintain detailed notes and next steps for every lead
  • Support outside sales reps and broader sales efforts as needed
  • Ensure smooth handoff to care and operations teams

What Success Looks Like

  • Strong conversion of inquiries into scheduled consultations
  • Consistent, disciplined follow-up across all leads
  • Accurate and organized CRM pipeline management
  • Ability to handle a high volume of conversations daily
  • Fully ramped within 90 days

What We're Looking For

  • 2-4 years of inside sales or phone-based sales experience
  • Proven ability to manage and convert inbound leads
  • Strong communication skills-empathetic, confident, and persuasive
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Persistent and follow-up driven
  • CRM experience (Zoho preferred)

Compensation & Schedule

  • Base salary: $40,000 - $50,000
  • Bonus tied to completed consultations
  • Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, some follow up on the evenings & weekends

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
