- Pay Rate: $80.00–$83.00 / Hour (USD)
- Shift / Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, every 3rd weekend (Day, 5x8 Hours)
- Travel Requirements: Not required

Job Summary
This is a Registered Nurse/Case Manager contract opportunity based at a hospital ortho unit in Milford, MA. The primary work location will be an ortho unit. Candidates must be able to start ASAP.
Education Requirements
- MA RN License required
- BSN required
- BLS certification required
- CCM (Certified Case Manager) required for submission
- Flu vaccination required (Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed)
- CCM (Certified Case Manager) preferred
Required Experience
- 3–5 years of experience required
- Acute care experience required
Required Skills
- Proficiency with Epic charting system
Preferred Skills
- CCM certification (preferred; also required for submission per facility criteria)
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- Primary work location is an ortho unit
- Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, every 3rd weekend
