Job description

Summary:  Provides financial/clinical analyses for CharterCare Health Partners employing levels of knowledge in finance and clinical services. Supports business operations through financial analysis and monthly forecasts and assists with the annual budgeting process to ensure sound decision-making. Performs duties in support of the CharterCare Health Partners mission to ensure the highest level of accuracy in an economically sound and efficient manner. 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance is required. MBA preferred. 

Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of hospital /healthcare finance experience required. Knowledgeable of standard financial statement and comparison reports. 

Working Conditions, Physical Environment and/or Safety Requirements: Normal office environment.
