As part of the OTC Billing Team, this role is critical to driving financial performance and long-term growth across the North American Bottling system. The Business Analyst leads pricing strategy, analytics, and modernization initiatives, partnering closely with Commercialization, Finance, Supply Chain, and Technology teams. This position focuses on delivering data-driven insights, leveraging AI/automation, and improving billing and pricing processes to support revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and own pricing strategy and analytics for the North American Bottling system.
  • Apply AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics for pricing optimization, forecasting, and scenario planning.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for automation, predictive analytics, and process improvement across OTC billing.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support revenue growth initiatives and system solution development.
  • Define business and system requirements in collaboration with technical leaders.
  • Ensure successful implementation, governance, and adoption of new tools and innovations.
  • Drive continuous improvement to reduce costs, eliminate errors, and enhance efficiency.
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, narrative analysis, and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policy.
  • Support accounting activities including journal entries, reconciliations, UAT, system testing, and volume reporting.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong background in financial analysis, pricing, and forecasting.
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
  • Proficiency with ERP and financial systems (SAP, S/4 HANA, Salesforce).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Experience with SQL, data analysis, reporting tools, and Agile/Scrum environments (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
  • Solid understanding of GAAP, account reconciliations, and chart of accounts.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
