Job description

Hornet Group is hiring a Charity Marketing Associate to join our team! The Charity Marketing Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Charlotte, NC, focused on supporting marketing initiatives for charitable and nonprofit clients. Responsibilities include assisting in the planning and execution of sales and marketing campaigns, conducting market and audience research, and helping develop pubic outreach and direct campaigns that promote charitable programs and fundraising activities. The individual will coordinate with internal teams and external partners, track sales performance, and prepare reports to ensure initiatives meet client objectives. Day-to-day tasks also involve supporting events and outreach activities, maintaining accurate project documentation, and contributing ideas to enhance engagement and donor retention.


Charty Marketing Associate Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to support client objectives
  • Coordinate scheduling, territory planning, and appointment tracking
  • Public outreach sparking interest in ongoing initiatives
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations as needed
  • Track and report on key performance metrics and campaign results
