Job description

Pricing & Data Specialist (High-Volume)
At Chariot, the details don't just matter, they drive everything.
We're looking for someone who can keep data accurate and moving. As our Pricing & Data Specialist, you'll own the day-to-day work of updating pricing, maintaining product data, and supporting our systems so the rest of the team can move fast and confidently.
This is a high-volume, execution-focused role. If you like staying busy, working in Excel, and knocking out tasks efficiently without getting stuck overthinking, you'll do well here.
What You'll Own
Pricing & Data Management (Primary Focus)
  • Enter, update, and maintain product pricing and data in SAP and Excel
  • Handle high-volume data entry with speed and consistency
  • Use Excel (VLOOKUPs, sorting, filtering, data cleanup) to process and update pricing files quickly
  • Support product setup, item creation, and ongoing updates
  • Keep data current so the team can rely on it day-to-day
  • Flag obvious issues and keep things moving (not everything needs to be perfect to move forward)
  • Partner with purchasing and sales teams to keep information aligned

Accounts Payable (Secondary Support)
  • Process vendor invoices and support basic AP functions
  • Assist with invoice matching and documentation
  • Cross-Functional Support
  • Help streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency
  • Bring structure to large amounts of information
  • Support the team by keeping systems usable and up to date

What You'll Bring
  • 1-3+ years in data entry, admin, or Excel-heavy roles
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUPs required; speed matters)
  • Comfortable working in systems (ERP experience like SAP is a plus)
  • Ability to handle repetitive, high-volume work without slowing down
  • Strong organization and time management
  • Ability to prioritize and keep momentum throughout the day
  • Clear communication and a team-first mindset

What Sets You Apart
  • You like staying busy and getting a lot done in a day
  • You don't get stuck overthinking, you make decisions and keep moving
  • You're comfortable working through large amounts of data efficiently
  • You take ownership and follow through without needing constant direction
  • You catch things others miss and take pride in getting the details right

Why You'll Love Working with Us
At Chariot, we don't just offer a job-we offer a place to contribute and move fast.
Make an Impact
Your work keeps pricing accurate and operations moving.
Own Your Work
You'll be trusted to manage critical data that the team relies on daily.
Stay Engaged
This is not a slow-paced role-there's always something to do.
Be Part of a Team
We rely on each other and move forward together.
Perks & Benefits
  • Health insurance stipend (with guidance)
  • $50K life insurance policy
  • Paid holidays and PTO
  • Employee discounts + referral bonuses
  • Audible subscription for personal growth
  • A fun, performance-driven culture
  • Oh, and you'll get invited to some killer parties!
