The Procurement Analyst supports mission-critical objectives under the referenced work order by tracking expenditures, managing procurement cycles, and ensuring contract compliance with DoD acquisition policies. This role administers chargeback arrangements, supports budgeting documentation, and ensures cost efficiency and compliance with security regulations across all program work orders.

Job Description

  • The Procurement Analyst is responsible for tracking expenditures, managing procurement cycles, and ensuring compliance with DoD acquisition regulations, including DFARS and FAR.
  • The position requires performing market research to identify cost-effective procurement strategies and recommend optimizations for supply chain efficiency.
  • Analysts will administer chargeback arrangements—subject to approval by the Government PM and COR—and document all chargeback activities in the centralized license and services ledger.
  • The role includes submitting the Procurement Compliance & Cost Efficiency Review, analyzing expenditure trends, contract execution, and budget adherence.

Required Qualifications and Experience

The contractor shall provide personnel who meet one of the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; or
  • A minimum of four (4) years of professional experience in procurement analysis.

Candidates must have demonstrated experience in the following areas:

  • DFARS and FAR processes for DoD acquisition regulations.
  • Cost forecasting and procurement workflow optimization.
  • Working with acquisition software and federal procurement databases.
  • Financial tracking tools and cost estimation.
  • Contract analysis and procurement audits.
