We’re seeking an experienced Charge Registered Nurse to provide clinical leadership within a busy Main Operating Room. This is an excellent opportunity for a perioperative nursing professional who enjoys leading teams, coordinating surgical operations, and delivering safe, high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily Main OR operations and patient flow

Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff

Ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered perioperative care

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and multidisciplinary teams

Mentor staff and support professional development

Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

Promote compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Active California RN License

BLS – AHA

Minimum 1 year of RN experience with demonstrated leadership abilities

2+ years of recent Peri-Anesthesia RN experience

Acute care hospital experience

Operating Room/Perioperative nursing experience

RN leadership experience

NIH Stroke Scale certification within 90 days of hire
