Purpose & Scope
As the Chapter lead - Digital Market Access & Revenue Management, Digital Engagement Platforms, you will be a crucial player in driving our digital initiatives forward in our agile organization. Our Agile operating model consists of two components - Digital Capability and Digital Execution. Digital Execution are about aligning multiple missions around business goals and facilitating collaboration on a larger scale. Digital Capability, on the other hand, focus on the growth and development of individuals within a specific expertise area. This dual structure enables us to scale agile practices efficiently while maintaining a focus on both product development and individual skill enhancement.
  • Act as Product Manager and lead end-to-end ownership of the Model N ecosystem supporting commercial, government pricing, and managed care operations
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (Market Access, Finance, Compliance) and IT for Model N and Gross to Net (GTN) related initiatives
  • Drive system strategy, governance, and continuous improvement aligned with revenue management objectives
  • Define and prioritize the Model N system roadmap, enhancements , investments and modernization initiatives based on the business value, regulatory requirements and evolving business needs
  • Partner with business, technology, data, and global stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital transformation, process optimization, automation, and analytics.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including those from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)
  • Support enterprise-wide processes across pricing, contracting, rebates, and payment validation

Role and Responsibilities
  • Own and manage all Model N modules including Master Data, Pricing, Contract Management, Sales, Chargebacks, Rebates, Government Pricing, and Medicaid Rebates.
  • Lead Model N SaaS upgrade cycles end-to-end including impact analysis, regression testing, defect resolution, and business validation
  • Manage internal system enhancements and code/configuration changes to meet evolving business and regulatory requirements
  • Lead system lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, configuration, UAT, deployment, and production support
  • Manage release management including planning, scheduling, deployment, and post-release validation
  • Oversee incident and problem management with root cause analysis and timely resolution
  • Manage change requests including intake, prioritization, impact assessment, and delivery coordination
  • Oversee Government Pricing processes including AMP, ASP, Best Price, Non-FAMP, IRA price types, and regulatory submissions
  • Ensure compliance with Medicaid Drug Rebate Program, 340B, and Federal Supply Schedule requirements
  • Manage Medicaid rebate processing and Managed Care Organization claims processing
  • Support rebate invoicing, dispute resolution, and state-level Medicaid compliance activities
  • Own and optimize Validata processes for managed care payment validation and reconciliation
  • Analyze and resolve underpayments, overpayments, and claim discrepancies across payer channels
  • Lead discount reallocation processes ensuring accurate allocation across commercial and government channels
  • Partner with Finance to ensure alignment with GTN calculations and revenue recognition
  • Establish, enforce, and continuously improve data governance policies, standards, and controls
  • Support internal and external audits including SOX compliance, documentation, and evidence management
  • Ensure audit readiness across pricing, rebate, and government reporting processes
  • Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for pricing, rebates, and compliance metrics
  • Design and manage data warehouse integrations to support Model N reporting and analytics
  • Build and oversee ETL pipelines using IBM InfoSphere DataStage, Informatica PowerCenter, and Control-M scheduling

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue management systems, IT business systems, or commercial operations
  • Hands-on experience with Model N including SaaS upgrades, implementations, and configuration/code enhancements
  • Proven experience leading upgrade cycles, regression testing, and production releases
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical pricing, contracting, rebates, and Market Access operations
  • Understanding of government pricing regulations including AMP, Best Price, Medicaid, and 340B
  • Experience with discount reallocation and GTN processes
  • Strong experience in release management, incident management, and change management processes

Salary Range
$144,060-$205,800 (Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and organizational equity considerations)
