General Summary and Purpose:

The Channel Marketing Manager will help develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for Victory
Capital's Intermediary distribution channel, aligning strategic firm initiatives with our broader marketing
efforts to accelerate sales activity. In this role, you will design and deliver high-impact, omni-channel
marketing campaigns, through close collaboration with internal partners, and maintain a concentrated
emphasis on driving comprehensive growth strategies for focus products, including Separately Managed
Accounts (SMAs).

You will report to the Channel Marketing Director.

You Will:
  • Serve as primary Marketing liaison for Intermediary Sales, ensuring seamless communication
    and alignment with Victory Capital's strategic objectives
  • Develop and manage Intermediary Marketing campaign calendar, project plans and timelines
  • Build and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement and conversion in Victory Capitalโ€™s products and strategies
  • Strategically leverage distribution partner data packs for marketing initiatives that help grow sales
  • Analyze campaign performance data, provide optimization recommendations and report results to leadership
  • Understand financial markets, products, industry topics or trends, and content development to maintain standards put forth by the company and industry
  • Support product launches and product changes through management of related project plans and client communications
  • Develop specialized product marketing materials and educational content tailored to Intermediary partners
  • Support sales enablement tool development and training material creation
  • Assist with event marketing and conference support
  • Execute monthly, quarterly and ad hoc product collateral updates
  • Coordinate compliance and legal review of marketing deliverables
  • Other special projects as required
You Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing or channel marketing role
  • Demonstrated success developing marketing programs; asset management or financial services experience is preferred
  • Experience working with intermediary and national accounts distribution partners and financial advisors is a plus
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Exceptional attention to detail with ability to maintain accuracy across deliverables
  • Proven ability to successfully build internal and external business relationships
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to set goals, work independently or collaboratively and drive results

Target Compensation:

The target base salary range for this position in San Antonio is $93,000 - $105,000.

The target base salary range for this position in Boston is: $96,000- $110,000.

Salaries are determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicantโ€™s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees, and certifications.ย Victory Capital Management operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and total compensation may vary based on role, location, department and individual performance.ย Victory Capital Managementโ€™s total compensation package includes the opportunity for annual compensation bonuses and/or commissions and a generous benefits package.
