The Channel Value Management (CVM) Sr. Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive sustainable sales growth, improve profitability, and accelerate revenue growth across all Partner Channels. This role leads cross-functional initiatives to optimize channel and sales programs that improve pricing, mix, and margin performance.
The CVM Senior Manager partners closely with Sales, Go-To-Market, Finance, and Product teams to identify growth levers, analyze performance trends, and design programs that expand market share and profitability. This includes leading a team that is responsible for channel program design and enforcement to ensure anticipated impact is achieved and Channel conflict is managed while re-enforcing CG's value proposition.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capability with business acumen, ability to operationalize growth strategies, and the capacity to influence across functions. Success is translating data-driven insights into actionable strategies measured by consistent revenue growth, improved profitability, and increased Partner engagement.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop partner investment strategy to maximize profitable growth aligned with channel objectives
  • Design innovative channel programs that accelerate partner & consumer value while fitting with established customer value frameworks
  • Define pricing governance including channel guidelines, product-level restrictions and special pricing review, approval and rationalization. Evaluate margin impacts of pricing decisions and recommend trade-offs to maximize revenue while protecting profitability.
  • Establish comprehensive portfolio program budgets to allocate coverage, incentives, program spend and other resources to the most effective uses
  • Create and deliver effective communication methods for internal & external dissemination of program value
  • Collaborate and work with Pricing, Finance, and Sales teams to make adjustments to pricing strategies, promotions, and incentive programs
  • Develop partner segmentation and tiering models that reflect performance, loyalty, and growth potential.
  • Support long-term channel growth strategies, including new partner recruitment and ecosystem expansion
  • Act as a key point of contact for escalations and strategic partner discussions related to program benefits and alignment.
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
  • Protect Chamberlain Group's reputation by keeping information confidential.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
  • Motivate and lead a high performance team by attracting, developing, engaging and retaining team members
  • Drive the performance management and compensation processes by communicating job expectations, monitoring and evaluating performance, providing feedback and facilitating employee development per the company's policies
  • Maintain transparent communication by appropriately communicating organization information to team through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, appropriate email, IM and regular interpersonal communications
  • Lead and motivate individuals and teams to create a workplace culture that is consistent with the CG mission, vision and values.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • 9+ years in Sales, Marketing, and/or Consulting; 3+ years supporting, developing, or implementing channel programs
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Project management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of time in North America

Preferred:
  • Master's in Business Administration (MBA)
  • Experience within the Consumer/Durable Goods industry
  • Experience with IoT products
  • Project management certification

The pay range for this position is $129,700.00 - $209,200.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
