Avec le soutien d'une quipe de ventes solide, vous serez responsable de btir, d'outiller et de grer des relations stratgiques avec les entreprises de tlcommunications, les quipes de ventes directes de ServiceNow, les intgrateurs et les consultants. Responsabilits principales

1) Dveloppement des affaires et partenariats stratgiques

  • Stratgie de mise en march (Go-To-Market) : Concevoir et excuter la stratgie de mise en march pour notre nouvelle capacit ServiceNow-ZTM.
  • Cration de nouveaux canaux : tablir des partenariats stratgiques pour nos services de gestion dlgue des appareils (sur ServiceNow/ZTM) avec des acteurs cls, notamment :
    • Partenaires de tlcommunications canadiens (Bell, Telus, Rogers).
    • quipes de ventes directes de ServiceNow et firmes de l'cosystme ServiceNow (intgrateurs et consultants).
    • Samsung SDS ZTM.
    • Autres partenaires.
  • Cadres de partenariat : Crer, amliorer et livrer des plans de partenariat complets pour chaque verticale/partenaire, couvrant la stratgie, le matriel de prsentation, les programmes de tarification et de commissions, la formation et le matriel marketing en coordination avec nos quipes internes et externes.
  • Expansion du rseau : Ngocier avec les partenaires l'intgration de leurs services dans nos offres lorsque ncessaire, et vice-versa.

2) Alignement des partenaires et maximisation des revenus

  • Gestion des relations : Maintenir un engagement rgulier et proactif avec les partenaires potentiels et stratgiques.
  • Marketing crois et vnements : Coordonner des vnements conjoints, des dmonstrations et des webinaires. Soutenir les partenaires existants grce des efforts de marketing collaboratifs, avec nos quipes internes et externes.
  • Alignement des ventes et formation : Agir titre d'agent de liaison principal entre les partenaires et les reprsentants aux ventes internes d'Evvo. Coordonner les sessions de formation pour les partenaires sur les services d'Evvo, et vice-versa.
  • Collaboration au dveloppement de produits : Tirer parti des capacits des partenaires pour amliorer l'adquation produit-march d'Evvo. Fournir au chef de produit (Product Manager) des recommandations sur les meilleures pratiques et stratgies de l'industrie.
Ce que nous recherchons :
  • Exprience : 5 ans et plus d'exprience dans les ventes indirectes (channel sales) et la gestion de partenariats, particulirement dans le domaine des TI, des logiciels ou des tlcommunications/mobilit.
  • Expertise ServiceNow : Comprhension approfondie des modules ITSM de ServiceNow (plus spcifiquement HAM) et de la faon dont les intgrations (comme Samsung SDS) amliorent l'exprience utilisateur.
  • Communication technique : Capacit expliquer des intgrations complexes (API, verrouillages MDM, effacement des donnes) tant des experts techniques qu' des cadres dirigeants occups.
  • Connaissance de l'industrie telco/MSP (un atout) : Connaissance du secteur des oprateurs de tlcommunications, des fournisseurs de services grs (MSP) et de la mobilit.
  • Matrise des outils d'IA : Capacit exploiter efficacement les outils d'intelligence artificielle au quotidien pour optimiser la productivit, automatiser des tches et soutenir les processus d'affaires ou de vente.

ServiceNow Channel Partnership Manager

Evvo is seeking a strategic and results-driven ServiceNow Channel Partnership Manager to spearhead our partnerships within the Telecommunications and ServiceNow ecosystems. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our new ServiceNow-ZTM (Zero Touch Mobility) capacity and Delegated Device Management services.

With the support of a strong sales team, you will be responsible for building, enabling, and managing strategic relationships with Telcos, ServiceNow direct sales, integrators, and consultants. By acting as the primary bridge between our internal teams and external partners, you will expand our market footprint, drive revenue growth, and gather critical market intelligence to continuously improve our product-market fit.

Key Responsibilities1) Business Development & Strategic Partnerships
  • Go-To-Market Strategy: Craft and execute the go-to-market strategy for our new ServiceNow-ZTM capacity.
  • New Channel Generation: Establish strategic partnerships for our Delegated Device Management services (on ServiceNow/ZTM) with key players, including:
    • Canadian telecommunications partners (Bell, Telus, Rogers)
    • ServiceNow direct sales teams and ServiceNow ecosystem firms (integrators and consultants).
    • Samsung SDS ZTM.
    • Other partners
  • Partnership Frameworks: Create, enhance, and deliver comprehensive Partnership Plans for each vertical/partner, covering strategy, collateral, clear pricing/commission programs, training, and marketing materials.
  • Network Expansion: Negotiate with partners for the integration of their services into our offerings when needed, and vice versa.
2) Partner Enablement & Revenue Maximization
  • Relationship Management: Maintain regular, proactive engagement with potential and strategic partners.
  • Cross-Marketing & Events: Coordinate co-branded events, demonstrations, and webinars. Support existing partners through joint marketing efforts.
  • Sales Alignment and training: Serve as the primary connector between partners and Evvo's internal sales representatives. Coordinate training sessions for partners on Evvo's services, and vice versa.
  • Product Development Collaboration: Leverage partner capabilities to enhance Evvo's product-market fit. Provide Product Manager with recommendations on industry best practices and strategies.

What we're looking for :

  • Experience: 5+ years in channel sales and management, particularly in the IT, Software or Telecom/Mobility space
  • ServiceNow Expertise: Deep understanding of ServiceNow's ITSM modules (HAM specifically) and how integrations (like Samsung SDS) enhance the user experience.
  • Technical Communication: Capability to explain complex integrations to both technical experts and "Busy Executive" personas.
  • Knowledge of Telco carriers space, Manage Services Provider and Mobility (an asset)
  • AI Tools Proficiency: Ability to effectively leverage artificial intelligence tools on a daily basis to optimize productivity, automate tasks, and support business or sales processes.
