The Marketing Manager, Demand Generation, leads the strategy, planning, and execution of integrated ERP marketing programs that generate awareness, engage target buyers, and support new business growth across Tyler's ERP & Civic Division. This role develops and executes multi-channel marketing campaigns that move prospects through the buying journey while partnering closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Corporate Marketing, and Marketing Shared Services to deliver coordinated go-to-market programs. Success is measured through campaign performance, marketing-qualified lead generation, prospect engagement, and marketing's contribution to pipeline creation and business growth objectives. The role exercises significant independent judgment in prioritizing initiatives, coordinating shared marketing resources, and aligning demand generation activities with division business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop annual demand generation strategies that support new logo acquisition, market awareness, qualified lead generation, and pipeline creation across Tyler's Enterprise ERP portfolio.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, content, events, webinars, paid media, and other channels to engage target buyers throughout the buying journey.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Events, and Digital Marketing to align campaign priorities, messaging, audience targeting, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with product experts, sales teams, and subject matter experts to gather insights and develop accurate, relevant marketing content.
  • Develop marketing programs that increase awareness of Tyler's ERP solutions, differentiate Tyler in the marketplace, and support sales engagement with priority accounts.
  • Coordinate campaign execution with shared marketing functions, including Content, Creative, Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Events.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing and engagement metrics, and recommend optimizations to improve marketing effectiveness and business outcomes.
  • Oversee marketing staff as applicable.
  • Aid in the continuing development of staff members and provide ongoing guidance, training, and direction in achieving team and company objectives.
Qualifications
  • 5–8 years of B2B or B2G demand generation, integrated marketing, campaign management, or account-based marketing experience.
  • Experience marketing enterprise software, SaaS, or technology solutions preferred.
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and marketing analytics platforms (Dynamics, Marketo, Treasure Data preferred).
  • Strong campaign planning, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Experience managing or mentoring marketing professionals preferred.
