The role

This pillar owns the demand side - partner channels and digital demand gen. You'll lead a Channel PMM and two Demand Gen managers, and you're accountable for the numbers: CAC, ROAS, pipeline contribution. The IVP framework only matters if it drives acquisition. Your job is to make sure it does, across every channel we operate in.

What you'll own

  • Channel strategy - Own the channel mix across partner and digital - setting investment priorities, performance targets, and GTM playbooks per channel.
  • Team leadership - Manage and develop a Channel PMM and two Demand Gen managers. Translate IVP messaging into channel-native execution.
  • Performance ownership - Own CAC and ROAS targets across the pillar. Report progress in business reviews with confidence and clarity.
  • Partner enablement - Ensure partner channels have the tools, messaging, and incentives to sell the integrated value prop effectively.

What we're looking for

  • Growth marketing background - Deep in performance and/or partner channels. Knows what levers actually move CAC at scale.
  • Commercial fluency - Speaks in ROAS, LTV, payback period. Owns the number, doesn't borrow it.
  • Team builder - Has hired and developed channel and demand gen talent. Raises the floor, not just the ceiling.
  • Multi-brand experience - Managed channel strategy across multiple products or brands simultaneously. Knows how to prioritize.

The base salary range for this position is: $171,600- $215,200* *The base salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonus, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition the position may be eligible to participate in the benefits program which include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending accounts.ย ย
