THINQ Media equips front-line thought leaders to create conversations that lead those they influence to wisdom. Today, we accomplish this mission through digital media and curated live events designed to connect, educate and inspire Christian leaders from every channel of culture. Founded by Gabe & Rebekah Lyons in 2003, the organization is on pace for its goal of equipping 1 million thought leaders to influence 100 million people by 2033 (half of which are under the age of 30.)

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

When you join our team, you’ll run point on building long-term and strategic relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, organizations and institutions that help grow the reach of the THINQ mission. You’ll offer creative solutions and assist them in implementing THINQ product offerings into their organization and assist in creating demand for access to our media platform and content. This role reports to the VP of Operations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • In collaboration with our VP of Operations, you’ll help in defining our evolving channel partner strategy and personally drive execution via new and existing partnerships.
  • Identify new partnership strategies and cultivate new opportunities with institutions, discipleship, educational, marketplace, etc.
  • Build and manage a full pipeline of channel partners integrating your activity for maximum efficiency and visibility to the THINQ organization.
  • Proactively identify and seek out client and industry relationships to optimize reach for our media platform. Through the Discovery process, when appropriate, regularly introduce possible qualified leads to Director of Revenue for opportunities to sponsor THINQ.
  • Develop and design channel partner opportunities and programs, including content plans, proposals, and presentations.
  • Drive partnership performance, engage with the key partners, and deliver best-in-class customer service.
  • Maintain high levels of communication and transparency with management, cross-functional teams, and business partners.
  • Prepare post-campaign event reports, recaps, and thank you’s for participating partners.
  • Generate weekly, monthly, event and annual reports.
  • Oversee and manage both outreach and fulfillment processes for every campaign and implementation, with a core focus on renewal.
WHO YOU ARE:
  • You have 2+ years of marketing, customer success, or sales experience with a proven track record of success, who has previously met and exceeded goal expectations.
  • A consultative and contemplative person as it relates to creating and providing mutually beneficial offerings.
  • Persuasive communication skills:verbal, written, and via presentation.
  • You have a functional understanding of the Christian organizational and institutional landscape and experience in account management and strategic planning.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Able to operate independently, self-motivated, tactfully competitive, and professionally assertive.
  • A stress tolerance, especially with tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or similar field of study.
  • Personal thriving and evident relationship with Jesus Christ.
