Position Account Director, Partnerships This Account Director position is a unique career opportunity for the perfect candidate. Based in Miami, FL with engagements across Latin America, the Account Director will be required to interface and sustain client relationships for a major global brand throughout the LAC region. This position must be a proven integrated marketer, with expertise in Partnerships / Sponsorships, and an unrelenting desire to achieve client success. Native or business-level fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) required. Demonstrated ability to confidently lead client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and written communications in both languages is essential. Job Responsibilities Serve as the central regional sponsorship advisor across Latin America. Your role is to help local markets translate global sponsorship strategies into locally relevant business opportunities and plans. Help lead strategy, planning, coordination and execution of Client's global sponsorship strategy, rights utilization, governance, contractual sponsorship asset fulfillment, management and optimization across multiple sports properties, including FIFA and IOC throughout Latin America. Provide guidance on FIFA, IOC and other property-specific rights and approval processes, ensuring compliant and effective use of sponsorship assets throughout the LAC region. Navigate and align cross functional stakeholder groups across different teams including: Sponsorships, Brand, Product, Marketing Services, and Hospitality to drive integrated partnership solutions. Interact with and manage day-to-day communication with Client, their internal and external stakeholders, properties, talent agents, partner agencies, vendors and any other relevant parties involved in the activation of sponsorships. Identify new partnership and revenue opportunities across evolving sports, enter-tainment, and influencer ecosystems - proactively mitigating risks and accelerating growth for Client's sponsorship portfolio. Provide strategic and conceptual counsel to Client to achieve optimization of the sponsorship and talent portfolio and drive value for the brand and its clients across diverse Latin American markets. Partner with the brand's Client Marketing and Sponsorship teams to identify, develop, and commercialize sponsorship assets, experiences, and engagement opportunities for the brand's clients across the region. Provide relevant research and insights to support, drive and measure Client's business decisions and results Evaluate sponsorship opportunities and help prepare sponsorship business plan and POVs Oversee Client's regional talent endorsements and agency's responsibilities across procurement, relationship management and appearances Lead talent related deliverables including negotiation, drafting of term sheets, communicating asset availability to the markets and assisting with sell-in Manage new strategic, innovative and/or creative projects proactively and/or upon assignment by Client Oversee activation programming with other Client agency partners (advertising, media, PR, etc.) throughout marketing campaign development and activation Supervise the Client's regional creative material's approvals process Direct and coordinate on-site event teams to support sponsorship implementation at all events where agency staff is needed Build and strengthen Client relationships through leadership, relationship building and strategic program development Deliver measurable results to the Client and provide post-event reporting and ROI analysis Develop appropriate communication to Client, project managers or other pertinent individuals on as needed basis Qualifications Bachelor's degree; masters preferred Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) required, Portuguese a plus A minimum of 8-10 years of agency or client-based sponsorship account or property management experience in the sports and entertainment industries Prior experience managing the development and implementation of partnership marketing strategies and activations on behalf of a client or brand Prior participation in sponsorship and/or talent contract negotiations Practical experience with on-site event marketing operations and/or logistics Ability to think strategically and creatively Excellent presentation skills and ability to command a meeting with senior level presence Ability to problem-solve independently and in groups Proven ability to prioritize workflow, manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results Excellent time management, written and oral communication skills Enthusiastic and driven team leader with proactive, engaging and can-do approach Willing and able to navigate nonstandard work hours, weekends and travel as necessary Proficient in MS Office Suite Ability to travel ~10% of time 160/90 is proud to be an equal opportunity employer that encourages applications from qualified, eligible candidates from all backgrounds and life experiences regardless of race, gender identity, disability, age, sexual orientation, religion, or belief. #J-18808-Ljbffr
