Location: Houston
Department: Marketing
Reports To: Head of Marketing

About Polymaker:
At Polymaker, weโ€™re pioneering the future of 3D printing through innovation, quality, and performance. As a leading manufacturer and global seller of advanced 3D printing filaments, our mission is to empower creators, engineers, and industries to build the future with the most reliable and cutting-edge materials. With a diverse portfolio of filaments designed for professionals and enthusiasts alike, weโ€™re looking to elevate our brand presence across multiple digital channels and engage with the rapidly growing 3D printing community.

Weโ€™re seeking a highly motivated Marketing Channel Manager to help us grow and optimize our online marketing channelsโ€”social media, email, SMS, forums, and emerging platforms. This role will be instrumental in defining our digital growth strategy, reaching the right audiences, and driving engagement for our innovative 3D printing solutions.

Position Overview:

As the Marketing Channel Manager at Polymaker, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our digital marketing channels, ensuring they reflect our brand's cutting-edge technology, creative spirit, and commitment to quality. You will develop and implement strategies to drive organic growth, craft relevant messaging for different audience segments, and manage PPC campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and more. Additionally, you will be instrumental in identifying new, emerging marketing channels within the rapidly evolving 3D printing and tech spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Channel Management & Growth Strategy:
    • Lead the development of growth strategies for Polymaker's marketing channels, including social media, email, SMS, forums, and others.
    • Drive organic channel growth through SEO, content marketing, and engagement strategies tailored to each platformโ€™s audience.
    • Continuously assess and optimize existing channels, while exploring new platforms relevant to the 3D printing community and tech industry.
    • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, particularly within the 3D printing and tech space, identifying new opportunities to engage with our growing global audience.
  2. Content Strategy & Campaign Execution:
    • Work closely with our content and creative teams to develop engaging, informative, and visually appealing content for each channel, showcasing the innovation and versatility of our 3D printing materials.
    • Ensure that content is optimized for each platform, using a mix of videos, tutorials, customer stories, and product showcases to drive engagement.
    • Monitor content performance and refine strategies based on insights to improve engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
  3. Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Regularly monitor and analyze KPIs across all marketing channels to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
    • Generate actionable insights from data to inform future campaigns, audience targeting, and content strategies.
    • Provide detailed performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting key learnings, optimization opportunities, and growth projections.
  4. Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the product, sales, and customer support teams to ensure marketing efforts align with Polymakerโ€™s broader business objectives and customer needs.
    • Coordinate with external agencies or partners for additional expertise or support on channel-specific initiatives, such as influencer marketing or affiliate programs.
  5. Channel Innovation:
    • Continuously explore and test new and emerging digital channels, such as podcasts, YouTube, Discord, and niche 3D printing forums and communities.
    • Lead experiments on new channels to assess potential for engagement and growth within the 3D printing ecosystem.
    • Innovate with creative campaigns that highlight the unique features of Polymakerโ€™s filaments, including use cases, customer success stories, and industry applications.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in managing and growing multi-channel marketing strategies.
    • Experience in the tech, manufacturing, or product-based industries, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in the 3D printing or engineering sectors.
    • Solid experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and optimizing paid media performance.
  • Skills:
    • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and how to craft tailored strategies for different audience segments.
    • Strong knowledge of content marketing, SEO, and community engagement, particularly within the tech or maker space.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing campaigns.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
    • Experience with marketing automation tools, social media management platforms, and PPC campaign management platforms.
  • Education:
    • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (a passion for technology, innovation, and 3D printing is a plus).

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with the 3D printing community and its diverse customer segments (e.g., engineers, hobbyists, makers, educators).
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and email marketing platforms.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to experiment with innovative strategies to engage the 3D printing community.
