BIG PICTURE:

We are seeking a Community Manager who will both design programs that deepen engagement and personally interact with our global audience as the voice of Dhar Mann Studios. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives on building community connections while also rolling up their sleeves to engage daily with fans. Youll lead initiatives that inspire loyalty, create interactive touchpoints, and turn audience engagement into meaningful relationships, all while ensuring every interaction reflects our mission and values.


HOW YOULL SPEND YOUR TIME:

  • Build Programs: Design and execute initiatives such as fan feedback, content ideas, fan clubs, challenges, Q&As, contests, and ambassador programs to deepen community connection.
  • Spotlight Fans: Identify and highlight inspiring fan stories, UGC, and testimonials to showcase the positive impact of our community.
  • Fan Experiences: Support live chats, virtual events, and occasional in-person activations that strengthen the bond between Dhar Mann Studios and its fans.
  • Analytics & Insights: Track engagement metrics, sentiment, and feedback to shape strategy and improve ongoing programs.
  • Trend Monitoring: Keep a pulse on online communities, applying best practices and innovative engagement tactics.
  • Advocacy Building: Nurture relationships with top fans and moderators to help extend the reach, positivity, and health of our online spaces.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with the Social Media, Creative, and Marketing teams to integrate community-driven content into our broader strategy.


WHAT YOU HAVE:

  • 5 years of experience in community management, social engagement, or a similar role within entertainment, creator economy, or digital brands.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate in a warm, engaging, and mission-driven voice.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic program-building with hands-on daily interaction.
  • Experience launching initiatives that drove measurable growth in audience engagement and loyalty.
  • Knowledge of community management tools, social platforms, and analytics dashboards.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
  • A genuine passion for storytelling that inspires and uplifts audiences.

WHO OVERSEES YOU:

The Community Manager will report to the Digital Content Operations Manager and collaborate closely with the social distribution and the creative teams.
