Work Location: East Hanover, NJ 

Prefers candidates in the East Hanover area so that they can work a hybrid schedule but is open to candidates located in the Shirley NY area or fully remote if they are a very good fit.
 

As a Product Change Manager (PCM), you are the driving force that transforms innovation into tangible outcomes.  You will lead the coordination of product and packaging changes through effective project planning, execution, control, and a strong sense of ownership. In this role, you`ll connect functions, solve problems, and keep projects moving fast. You will gain end-to-end exposure to the product development lifecycle and can grow your capabilities as a project leader in a dynamic fast-paced environment across a portfolio of $200 MM in Gross Revenue with 5% annual productivity and 15% annual growth.

In this high-impact role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of projects of the client`s commercialization portfolio - ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and fully ready to launch. You will operate at the intersection of agility and discipline, helping client`s scale with speed while upholding excellence in project delivery, and playing as a critical partner in enhancing portfolio governance.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage assigned commercialization projects through the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards. 
  • Lead the stage-gate process by coordinating cross-functional readiness, preparing governance documentation, and facilitating leadership decision-making at each gate.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registers.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment of deliverables across R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, Quality, Marketing, and Regulatory.
  • Lead stage gate and status meetings and manage project communications to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Monitor and control project performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure data integrity.  
  • Drive continuous improvement, identifying and implementing practical solutions to enhance project delivery.
  • Lead budget management, resource planning and utilization.

  • Bachelor`s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years' experience in project coordination, execution, or product commercialization within FMCG or related industries.
  • Foundational knowledge of project management processes and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and timelines.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • PMP certificate is a plus. 
  • MS Project knowledge is a plus.
