Aquent is partnering with a leading global technology company renowned for its innovation and commitment to transforming how the world connects, works, and discovers. This organization is at the forefront of developing groundbreaking solutions that impact millions worldwide, driven by a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

We are seeking a senior-level Marketing Operations & Change Manager to temporarily lead our Global Demand Operations and Marketer Enablement (DOME) team. In this role, you will not be building tactical campaigns day-to-day; instead, you will orchestrate global workflows, manage critical internal martech platforms, and guide our marketing community through upcoming technical migrations.

You will act as a strategic partner to our engineering and vendor execution teams while shielding the team and handling regional stakeholder management across APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Orchestration & Workflow Management: Manage capacity, utilization, and operational rigor against a centralized capacity model for a large, offshore vendor team. Oversee standard rhythms such as monthly performance and SLA reporting.
  • Change Management & Enablement: Lead the strategic user-adoption and change-management efforts to migrate global stakeholders from high-touch vendor execution to modern, self-serve, first-party tools.
  • Stakeholder & Escalation Triage: Serve as the central point of contact for regional marketing leadership. Gracefully de-escalate urgent issues, prioritize workstreams across web, growth, and central channels, and maintain a calm disposition under pressure.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Bridge the gap between regional marketers and engineering teams to consult on tooling strategy, automation improvements, and platform integration workflows.
Qualifications & Skills Must-Haves:
  • Senior Marketing Operations Acumen: Extensive background navigating complex corporate ecosystems, marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua), and data integrations.
  • Proven Change Management Experience: Demonstrated success driving tool adoption and process shifts across large user bases, ideally shifting models from external services to self-serve workflows.
  • High Emotional Intelligence & Triage Skills: Ability to work with passionate stakeholders, manage sensitive regional escalations, and handle high-pressure timeline disruptions rationally.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Enterprise-Scale Experience: Prior background working within massive enterprise environments (e.g., Google, Microsoft, AWS).
  • Global/International Perspective: Experience navigating cultural nuances and diverse business needs across global regions.
  • Strategic Martech Mindset: Familiarity with workflow tools (Asana), email operations, and AI-driven efficiency strategies.
